In order to be eligible for the Summer Boost program, a student must:
- be a currently enrolled KIPP NYC student in Kindergarten through 7th Grade
- be able to attend 90% of the 20 days of programming from July 8 - August 2
- be returning as an enrolled student to KIPP NYC for the 24-25 school year
Please note that we are prioritizing students & families who are able to commit to attending the entire duration of the program for acceptance into the Summer Boost.
8th graders attending 9th grade at KIPP NYC College Prep High School will need to complete their Summer Bridge program. The high school team should be in contact with you in the near future about this if you indicated that you will be enrolling your student at the high school. Both programs run during the same dates and the high school program is better geared for supporting your student with transitioning to a high school environment than the general academics/enrichment programming of Summer Boost.
