After families are notified of their decision - they will have the opportunity to accept or decline the seat(s) for their student(s) that applied for the program.
Upon acceptance of the seat, families will need to begin preparing information about their student(s) that KIPP NYC will need to collect to ensure the safety of our students.
Families will be asked to complete and provide the following information:
- Student medical information (allergies, any medications they need on-site at school)
- Student Pick-up lists & contact info for immediate and extended family who may be asked to pick up students during the course of the program
- A new signed Student Media Release form to give consent to KIPP NYC use your student for promotional materials
- Uniform sizing information and whether or not families are interested in purchasing additional uniforms outside the free ones that will be provided
All enrollment information must be completed before the start of the program to keep your student's seat as part of the Summer Boost program.
